Looking for a fun cocktail, that is crisp and leaves  your guest feeling like they want to dance. Try this ginger martini. Its fabulous!!! It will also make a nice signature drink for a summer or garden wedding.

• 6 ounces gin

• 2 ounces ginger ale 

• Juice of one lime

• 4 lime wedges for garnish

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the gin, ginger ale and lime juice. Shake well, then strain into martini glasses and garnish with lime wedges.

Makes 4 Servings

Signature Fall Cocktails

For the couple looking for something to jazz up their wedding reception menu, or the couple that is on a budget but still wants to wow their guest, having a signature drink is certainly one of the ways to go. I love the idea of using martinis as a signature drink.They look sophisticated, and there are so many funky martini glasses that can be utilized for serving.
Here are a few of my favorite that would be great for a fall themed wedding.

Spiced Caramel Apple 

Spiced Caramel Apple

Ingredients:
2 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
1 oz Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
2½ oz Apple cider
1 dash lemon juice

Directions:
Rim martini glass with agave syrup and crumbled gingersnap cookies at set aside.
Add liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into martini glass.

Pumpkin Pie 

Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
 

2.5 parts Canadian Club® Classic 12
 

1 part DeKuyper Buttershots
 

4 parts Half & Half
 

2 parts Pumpkin Pie Puree

Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice.
 

Strain into a chilled martini glass that has been rimmed with graham cracker crust.
 

Garnish with a dash of Pumpkin Spice.
