Wedding Gown Re-Use

Who says that you cannot reuse your wedding gown?

There’s been ongoing discussion about Winona Ryder about her wearing and re-wearing that

beautiful Channel dress that she wore on her wedding day. If you have a dress that can be altered or if

you were one of those brides who wore a non-traditional dress or a dress that does not look bridal

then I say go for it. If you bridal gown that can be tailored and made into an evening dress or a party

dress there is absolutely no reason that you cannot re-wear. Another fabulous way to reuse your

wedding gown is to incorporate it into a christening gown for your baby, or you could frame your

gown and put it on display.

I also love the idea of being able to re wear the pumps or heels that you wore on your big day. Gone

are the days when brides were looking for shoes that could only be worn on the wedding.

Wedding day shoes have become more stylish with lots of colors and designs to choose from which

makes them ideal for use after the wedding.

Be sure that if you decide to wear any of your wedding day garb that it is not only suitable for the

event but that it is current.

Love Sweet Love Bridal Shower

The great thing about this shower is that it can be crafted from homemade elements such as the recipes suggested or created entirely from store brought items. This is a perfect combination of sin and heaven, a combination of chocolate and sexy underwear.

Mood: Sexy, Sophisticated, playful and luscious

Setting: A fancy chocolate shop

Food: Dark/White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Cakes, truffles and cookies. The more

chocolate the better.

Drinks: Prosecco Pomegranate Punch, Mocha Liquor Cups or Shots, Hot Chocolate

Activities: Truth or Dare wedding shower version. Everyone writes down two true facts and one big, fat lie about the bride. The host reads them aloud, and everyone must guess which one is the lie. Make this as funny and salacious as the crowd permits.

Details: Decorate with sexy reds and pinks. Write your invitations in lipstick or chocolate or anything that will give the effect of being written by wither.

Gifts: Slippers, stockings, Undies, Teddies
